This site is to commemorate the life of our sister, Donna Irene Willing,
born September 18, 1960, and murdered February 26, 1970 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This cold case has been solved at last, and at last…her murderer has died in prison (May 3, 2019).
I can only say that we are relieved and grateful; I can’t say that we’re happy about it.
